I have experienced environments where maintenance consumed most of engineering capacity while feature demand kept growing. That model does not scale, and the right architecture prevents it.

I value business alignment as much as technical excellence. I challenge unclear or immature ideas and look for data to validate direction. When only problems exist but business requirements are missing, I help shape the strategy — not just the solution.

I do not believe in hero engineers. The strength of a team is defined by its weakest link. I invest in understanding individual strengths and weaknesses, delegate deliberately in critical situations, and improve cross-functionality to prevent knowledge silos.
